If your system is lagging, it means you need to upgrade your SSD as soon as possible. When my own laptop was laggy, I tried changing the RAM but it was still laggy, so after changing the SSD, I couldn’t believe how much faster my laptop had become, which was eye-opening for me. I would always recommend going for the best if you have the money, such as the Samsung 990 Pro, but if you are on a budget, there are always options, but you should go for the most recent ones, which you will find in the range of $50 to $100. I made my choice based on performance read/write speed and price, and I recommend that you do the same before purchasing an SSD.
