Nvidia released their laptop version of graphics card and now RTX 3070 plus the 3080 is currently available. RTX 3060 will be available after February 02. Surprisingly These new generation laptops are same in comparison to prices with their old generation. RTX 3070 starting at $1800 and RTX 3080 at $2000 with Gigabyte and other options.
Nvidia RTX 3000 Series Configuration
If you compare the cores then 3070 has 30% more cores than 3060 and 3080 has more 20% cores. If you compare overall configuration then I would prefer RTX 3070 laptop if will have significant price difference with 3080.
Nvidia RTX 3000 Series Benchmark
If you compare the new RTX series mobile version with previous generation and Desktop. You wont find much improvement in term of FPS due to limitation of power with Laptops. However with the next generation Ray tracing, the graphics in term of visual and shadow will improve much. The new DLS AI will also improve the FPS with upcoming supporting games.
